Spot & Stain Removal Guarantee
If within 30 days of cleaning, spots or stains return, Diablo Carpet & Floor Restoration will return at a mutually agreed time, and make a second attempt to remove the spot or stain. If we are unable to remove the spot or stain, we will refund you 100% of the added cost for stain removal.
Price Guarantee
Anyone can quote a price over the phone…but will they guarantee that price when they show up to do the work? Diablo Carpet & Floor Restoration offers free written estimates and price guarantees on all services. We encourage all our customers to take advantage of this offer. We guarantee all pricing when a written estimate is provided. We promise the lowest pricing for comparable services, or we will pay you a 5% bonus over the difference. All we ask is that you provide a written estimate so we can compare services “apples to apples.”
A Seven Step Cleaning Process to Ensuring Your Satisfaction
1. INTERVIEW AND PRE-INSPECTION:
We will do a thorough inspection of your proposed work service with you and ask you to identify specific cleaning issues that bother you. Identification of any carpet issues and stains will aid us in successfully correcting the problem. During this interview, we will advise you on what to expect, so you are not disappointed with our cleaning.
2. PROTECTING YOUR PROPERTY & VALUABLES:
We will take the time to protect your home and valuables. We use corner guards to protect your walls, walk-off tarps and mats to protect floors that we are not cleaning, slides to move and clean under furniture, and pads and blocks to raise furniture above the cleaned surface. Upon request, we will provide our customer with proof of General Liability, Workers Comp., and Bond Insurance.
3. PRE-VACUUM:
Before we start cleaning, we will vacuum service areas when necessary. Dry soil makes up more than 70% of the “dirt” in your carpets, according to IICRC/CRI. The results from the cleaning process are enhanced by vacuuming the dry soils and debris prior to applying moisture.
4. SANITIZE EQUIPMENT:
To avoid cross contamination of germs from home to home, we clean and disinfect our cleaning tools at the end of each job.
5. CLEANING PROCESS THAT MEETS MANUFACTURES REQUIREMENT:
Diablo Carpet & Floor Restoration is one of the few carpet cleaners that offers a full range of cleaning methods that comply with a range of manufactures preferred method. This way your carpet warranty is not voided. We will inspect the carpet, read any manufacture warranty information you provide, and apply the correct method of cleaning. Although Hot-Water-Extraction (“Steam”) is the most common method, we offer Encapsulation, Low Moisture Bonnet (“Chem-Dry”) and Shampoo Scrub.
6. GROOMING:
At the end of each cleaning job, we will groom your carpet fibers so the carpet will dry faster and leave a like-new appearance. When needed, we will bonnet dry your carpet.
7. POST CLEANING REVIEW:
When we have completed our work, we will post-inspect the cleaning services provided with you. We will bring to your attention any issues that might remain. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our service.
